PHILANTHROPY

Parent & Family Philanthropy provides meaningful support and leadership within the UCF community. By engaging with this initiative, families help shape a brighter future for every student.

The primary goals are to:

  • Raise awareness of vital university needs, including Wellness and Health Promotion Services, the Knights Helping Knights Pantry, and Career Services.

  • Increase philanthropic support to directly fuel student success and academic excellence.

  • Deepen involvement with the university to enrich and enhance the UCF experience for the entire Knight family.

MESSAGE FROM
a UCF PARENT

Dear Parents,

I love UCF and cannot understate the impact the university has on my success in life. I attended UCF, earning my bachelor’s and master’s degrees. I met my husband at UCF and have made lifelong friends both during my time as a student and an alumna. My connection to UCF has only strengthened since my son enrolled at UCF as a biology major.

I have witnessed amazing growth and change at UCF since I graduated, but one constant has been the opportunity for success that the university has provided to its students. I want to do my part to ensure the same opportunities continue for all future Knights, and to achieve that success some of our students may need additional support. I am committed to giving UCF Knights the help they need as they pursue their educational goals.

I hope you will join me and other UCF parents in making a difference in the lives of our UCF Knights.

Wellness and Health Promotion Services

This program offers a variety of services and programs aimed at helping Knights be healthy; including the Gather Lunch.
Knights Helping Knight Pantry

The pantry provides food, clothing and toiletries to students in need.

Career Services

This important area helps Knights prepare for their professional careers after graduation.
